• Medical Officer: 01 Post
• MBBS or equivalent degree from an institution recognised by Medical Council of India; Must have completed a compulsory rotatory internship. 
• 1. Diploma / MD Public health /PSM/ Community Medical / CHA/Tuberculosis & Chest Diseases. 2. one-year exp. in RNTCP 3. Basic knowledge of computers.
• Sr. Treatment Supervisor: 02 Posts
• 1. Bachelor's Degree OR 2. recognised sanitary inspector's course. 3. Certificate course in computer operation. 
• 1. Tuberculosis health visitor's recognised course. 2. Govt. recognised degree/ diploma in social work or Medical Social work 3. Successful completion of the basic training course (Govt. recognised) for Multi- purpose health workers.
• Lab Technician / Sputum Microscopist: 01 Post 
• Intermediate (10+2) and Diploma or certified course in Medical Laboratory Technology or equivalent. 
• 1. One year exp. in RNTCP or sputum spear microscopy 2. Candidates with Higher qualification (for example graduates) shall be preferred.
• Tuberculosis Health Visitor: 01 Post\
• 1. Graduate or 2. Intermediate (10+2) and experience of working as MPW / LHV / ANM / Health Worker / Certificate or Higher course in Health Education / Counselling or 3. Tuberculosis health visitor's recognised course. Certificate course in computer operations. 
• 1. Training Course for MPW or recognised sanitary inspector's course.

Age Limit : Upto 65 years

Selection Process : Candidates will be selected based on an interview.
